
Resources and Communication for Pre-EMS Instructors
NAEMSE
would like to invite NAEMSE members to join a Forum that will be dedicated to
those individuals who design, administer, or instruct emergency care
training courses (First aid, CPR, AED, etc.) for laypersons including
bystanders and persons with an occupational requirements to be first
aid trained. This forum will be an organized opportunity for Pre-EMS
Educators for resource development, advocacy in Pre-EMS Educational
endeavors, research in Pre-EMS education, and the initiation of
activities that will further the educational enrichment of students
and instructors involved in Pre-EMS related programs. NAEMSE will
organize and coordinate an email distribution address for
communication between members of this forum. (See the form
below if you would like to join the Forum Committee.)
The first Forum will be held at the NAEMSE Symposium 2002 and will
be a single track, multiple speaker event designed to address the
following areas: Education, Administration, Small Business (panel),
Clinical, and Pre-EMS Incubator.
