Unfortunately, due to a computer technical problem with the server of our host company, all the results from the 2009 Membership Survey have been lost and are not recoverable.

This information is very important to NAEMSE. We need this feedback to assist with decision making of the future direction of the association.

We are asking for you to please go back and fill out the Membership Survey again at www.naemse.org/survey.  We appreciate your patience and understanding with this request.

The survey will remain open until September 18, 2009.  If you have not taken the survey, please take advantage of this extended time period to take it.

Remember that you will be eligible for a top prize of a waived registration for next year’s Symposium in Schaumburg, Illinois. Other prizes will be a year’s electronic membership and a NAEMSE T-Shirt.
