If you are driving to the NAEMSE 2009 annual symposium at Disney’s Coronado Springs, August 17-23, 2009 you may park for free in the convention center lot. Please enter into the convention center parking lot which is located before the guard stand to the resort. 

The buses will be boarding at 7:45 PM sharp for departure to the NAEMSE Epcot Social.

Please be in the Convention Center Porte Cochere by 7:30 at the latest! Paid guest that will be attending the Epcot social will need to check in prior to boarding the buses to Epcot. There will be a table in the Porte Cochere area for you to do this.

At that time, you will be given your Epcot guest badge that will give you access to boarding the bus and entrance into the Epcot social event. Please make sure that you allow ample time for this process.
