    TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION FOR SYMPOSIUM 2008:

    If you are traveling from the St. Louis airport to the Renaissance Grand Hotel here are three options for transportation:

    1. Trans Express Shuttle $17.00. Get at gate MT12 between baggage carousel 2 & 3. It runs until about 10 pm.
    2. Cab cost from the baggage area is $40.00 for the trip; there is a small charge of additional people.
    3. St. Louis Metrolink runs from the airport to about 2 blocks from the hotel. This mode of transportation is fine during the day but is not recommended for traveling alone in the evening.

    EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES INSTRUCTOR/ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

    Indian River State College, Fort Pierce, Florida

    Qualifications: AS degree in Emergency Medical Services, Nursing or related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred; State of Florida Registered Nurse and/or a Florida State certified Paramedic. Certifications: AHA ACLS, and AHA CPR with recommended certification in BTLS or PHTLS, and PALS or PEPP, and current knowledge and technical skills in the field of pre-hospital emergency medicine; competence as a clinician in emergency medicine; teaching and supervisory skills; and computer literacy with Microsoft Office software.
