Calling on all 2008-2009 NAEMSE Committee Members

This is the start of the committee organizations for the 2008-2009 year and we are excited to fulfill the mission of NAEMSE by involving our members in the work of the association.

Final rosters for each committee are now being worked on. If you are not yet on a committee and would like to join one we invite you to fill out the committee interest form and fax it back to the NAEMSE office at 412-920-4780.

CALL FOR SYMPOSIUM 2009 PRESENTATIONS

Next year's symposium has a change in the date from September to August. The Program Committee 2009 is now seeking presentations for the 14th annual symposium to be held in Orlando, Florida August 18th - 23rd, 2009. The Symposium will be held at the Coronado Springs Conference Center in Walt Disney World. If you have wanted to present at the one and only EMS Educators Symposium now is the time to submit. Applications must be received by October 27, 2008.

EMSECS EXAM IN INDIANAPOLIS

Next EMSECS Test Location after St. Louis will be Indianapolis, Indiana on Friday, October 17, 2008 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

The EMSECS Certification Exam will be offered in Indianapolis, Indiana on Friday, October 17th from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Clarion Health/Methodist Hospital, Wile Hall, Room 320 located at 1701 N. Senate Blvd in Indianapolis, IN 46206. Seats are limited to 50 people so register early to secure a seat for the exam. The exam consists of 100 multiple choice questions and will take approximately 2 hours. Please click here for the examination application and criteria.
