We look forward to assisting you in the accreditation process! ADVOCATES FOR EMS NEWS! In the coming weeks and months there will be a great deal of information released on health care reform. Pete Stark, Chairman of the Ways & Means Subcommittee on Health, released a document hat highlights his agenda and principles are for health care reform in the 111th Congress. Below is a link that current Energy & Commerce Committee Chairman, John Dingell, sent to President-Elect Obama on his health care priorities for the 111th Congress. Latest news is that Congressman Henry Waxman is challenging Mr. Dingell to become chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. http://energycommerce.house.gov/Press_110/Obama.111008.ltr.Health NOTE OF CONGRATULATIONS! The NAEMSE 13th Annual Educational Symposium and Trade show in St. Louis, MO was a success! We had 634 attendees who chose from 35 educational session, and 10 pre/post conferences. The attendees came from across the nation as well as from 4 other countries. Results are that we were financially successful and the monies will support other educational programs that NAEMSE is providing.
