NAEMSE'S New Look on WWW.NAEMSE.ORG

NAEMSE has a new look on www.naemse.org in partnership with Praetorian Group, the website has undergone a redesign. This new look has been revamped to meet the goal of providing a professional, attractive, functional useful and easy to navigate web site for members, non-members, corporate partners and the general EMS community. In the next few months new aspects of the website will be added such as model curriculums, and symposium lecture downloads. An advance copy of the current draft EMS Workforce Agenda for the Future is available for public review and comment.

Nominations for EMSECS Board of Directors Now Open

The Emergency Medical Services Educators Certification Services (EMSECS) is currently accepting nominations for its Board of Directors. There are two positions that are available. A job description for these positions can be found on our Board of Directors Job Description page. Please click here for the nomination application. Nominations close on August 31, 2008.

NAEMSE Bylaws Revision

The Bylaws Committee of NAEMSE has prepared and made a recommendation to the NAEMSE Board of Directors for a revision of the association bylaws.

In July the NAEMSE Board of Directors approved the revisions and in accordance with the association bylaws the NAEMSE membership must now review and vote on the revisions.

The time frame for review and voting begins August 8 and ends September 15, 2008 (midnight EST).
