Glen Luedtke discusses NAEMSE Member Benefits and their Diversity Initiative
NAEMSE Board Member Glenn Luedtke discusses how fellow members helped improve his presentation at the group’s annual symposium. He also discusses member benefits, particularly the information available at the Trading Post. In addition, he talks about NAEMSE’s efforts toward addressing diversity in EMS by increasing interest among ethnic minorities in EMS as a profession, and how those who teach EMS classes can be a part of the effort.
Advocates for EMS
Advocates for EMS (AEMS) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting, educating and increasing awareness among decision-makers in Washington on issues affecting EMS providers. AEMS supports all types of EMS, whether they are fire-based, volunteer, third service, public or private, by monitoring and influencing legislation and regulatory activity involving EMS and raising awareness among lawmakers on issues of importance to EMS.
